Overview

1. Return & Exchange Policy

Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging.
Cosmetics, undergarments, and opened electronic items are non-returnable.

2. Warranty & Guarantee

Warranty claims require invoice and product photo/video proof.
Warranty is not applicable for physical damage or water damage.

3. Payment Terms

All online and cash payments must have a receipt.
For online payments, transaction ID is mandatory.

4. Fraud Prevention

In case of fraud, ARP Smart Marketing reserves the right to take legal action.
False claims or attempts to exchange fake products will result in FIR.

5. Delivery Time

Orders will be delivered within 2–7 working days, depending on location.

6. Customer Agreement

By making a purchase, the customer agrees to have read and understood this policy.

1. वापसी और बदलाव नीति

ग्राहक प्रोडक्ट को केवल डिलीवरी के 7 दिनों के अंदर ही बदल या लौट सकते हैं, बशर्ते कि प्रोडक्ट अनयूज़्ड और ओरिजिनल पैकेजिंग में हो।
कॉस्मेटिक, अंडरगारमेंट्स, और ओपन बॉक्स इलेक्ट्रॉनिक प्रोडक्ट नॉन-रिटर्नेबल हैं।

2. गारंटी और वारंटी

वारंटी वाले प्रोडक्ट के लिए बिल/इनवॉइस और प्रोडक्ट की फोटो/वीडियो देना अनिवार्य है।
भौतिक क्षति (Physical Damage) या पानी से खराब हुए प्रोडक्ट पर वारंटी लागू नहीं होगी।

3. भुगतान की शर्तें

सभी ऑनलाइन और कैश पेमेंट की रसीद लेना अनिवार्य है।
ऑनलाइन भुगतान के लिए ट्रांजैक्शन आईडी जरूरी है।

4. धोखाधड़ी रोकथाम

किसी भी धोखाधड़ी की स्थिति में ARP Smart Marketing कानूनी कार्रवाई करने का अधिकार रखता है।
झूठी शिकायत या नकली प्रोडक्ट बदलने की कोशिश पर ग्राहक के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज की जाएगी।

5. डिलीवरी समय

ऑर्डर 2–7 कार्य दिवसों में डिलीवर होगा, लोकेशन के अनुसार समय अलग हो सकता है।

6. ग्राहक की सहमति

खरीदारी करते समय ग्राहक यह स्वीकार करता है कि उसने इस पॉलिसी को पढ़ लिया है और समझ लिया है।
